खाली डिब्बा मैनेजमेंट की शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे कुछ स्टूडेंट्स को प्रॉब्लम सॉल्विंग स्किल्स डेवलप करने के बारे में बताया जा रहा था। कुछ देर पढ़ाने के बाद प्रोफेसर ने बच्चों को एक केस स्टडी सोल्व करने को दी। जापान की एक साबुन बनाने वाली कम्पनी अपनी क्वालिटी और वर्ल्ड क्लास प्रोसेसेज के लिए जानी जाती थी। पर आज उनके सामने एक अजीब समस्या आ खड़ी हुई , उन्हें कम्प्लेंट मिली की एक कस्टमर ने जब साबुन का डिब्बा खरीदा तो वो खाली था। कंप्लेंट की जांच की गयी तो पता चला चूक कंपनी के तरफ से ही हुई थी , असेंबली लाइन से जब साबुन डिलीवरी डिपार्टमेंट को भेजे जा रहे थे तब एक डिब्बा खाली ही चला गया। इस घटना से कम्पनी की काफी किरकिरी हुई। कम्पनी के अधिकारी बड़े परेशान हुए कि आखिर ऐसा कैसे हो गया। तुरंत एक हाई लेवल मीटिंग बुलाई गयी , गहन चर्चा हुई , और भविष्य में ऐसी घटना ना हो इसके लिए लोगों से उपाए मांगे गए। बहुत विचार-विमर्श के बाद निश्चय किया गया कि असेंबली लाइन के अंत में एक एक्स-रे मशीन लगायी जायेगी जो एक हाई रेसोलुशन मॉनिटर से कनेक्टेड होगी। मॉनिटर के सामने बैठा व्यक्ति देख पायेगा की...

Advertise Box, बोले हुए शब्द वापस नहीं आते बुरा मत बोलो Friends, हमारी day-today life में कई बार ऐसा होता है कि हम या तो बहुत गुस्से में,झुंझलाकर, या बस यूँ ही कुछ ऐसा कह जाते हैं जो हमें नहीं कहना चाहिए.आज मैं आपके साथ एक छोटी सी Story share कर रहा हूँ जो मैंने You Can Win में पढ़ी थी. इसे ध्यान से पढ़िए और इससे मिलने वाली सीख को गाँठ बाँध लीजिये. बोले हुए शब्द वापस नहीं आते  एक बार एक किसान ने अपने पडोसी को भला बुरा कह दिया, पर जब बाद में उसे अपनी गलती का एहसास हुआ तो वह एक संत के पास गया.उसने संत से अपने शब्द वापस लेने का उपाय पूछा. संत ने किसान से कहा , ” तुम खूब सारे पंख इकठ्ठा कर लो , और उन्हें शहर  के बीचो-बीच जाकर रख दो .” किसान ने ऐसा ही किया और फिर संत के पास पहुंच गया. तब संत ने कहा , ” अब जाओ और उन पंखों को इकठ्ठा कर के वापस ले आओ” किसान वापस गया पर तब  तक सारे पंख हवा से इधर-उधर उड़ चुके थे. और किसान खाली हाथ संत के पास पहुंचा. तब संत ने उससे कहा कि ठीक ऐसा ही तुम्हारे द्वारा कहे गए शब्दों के साथ होता है,तुम आसानी से इन्हें अप...
